News From the Kissinger Kamp

Kissinger has adopted a new Rock and Roll intern. Peatree has been part of Team Kissinger for years (she co-wrote the song “Green” with Chopper many years ago) but her new role with the team will put her at the forefront of all things Kissinger. We are all lucky to have her with us. All our thanks also go out to the previous Rock and Roll interns, Sarah, Chasity and Brooke.

In other news, Steve Garvey continues to perfect his handstands, while Lucky contemplates a method of building drawers using only a hacksaw. O3 attended a UT football game with his newly trained drum tech, Garret, and watched the Longhorns pummel Sam Houston. O3 used the occasion to explain the similarities between dismantling a defense and drum hardware. Since returning from California, word has it that Chopper (who recently won his second ASCAP songwriting award) has been seen in a slew of new vehicles. In addition to his 89 Ford Ranger, he was seen cruising in a white Olds Eighty-Eight, and later, downtown, on a mountain bike. Rumors that his truck can’t pass inspection are only speculative at this point.

The band is making plans for a new music video to be filmed later this fall. More tours will follow the release of the new CD in the spring. Get ready for some big shows in Austin in November.

That’s the latest from the Kissinger Kamp.
